Shantanu Gupta is the Partner and Co- Founder of Airside Training Academy LLP. A business management graduate from Mumbai, Shantanu went to specialize in managing the family business.
Shantanu Gupta plays a key role in revolutionizing the airside training industry. In his role as Co Founder, Shantanu Gupta has introduced the use of blended learning methods & simulation based training programs for skilling people that helps Airports, Airlines and Ground handling companies around the world improve productivity and safety standards at the airside. His methodologies have helped companies move beyond a simple classroom training approach to include a more relevant and learner-centric training approach.
In addition to guiding the team to take on challenges and explore new opportunities, Shantanu Gupta contributes significantly towards the tactical aspects of growth and expansion of the company’s business and operations.
Shantanu Gupta also serves as a Founder and Director of Tecknotrove Systems which specializes in developing advanced training simulators for critical training applications. Over the years, he has expanded operations to provide world class simulation solutions to Mines, Airports, Defense, Ports and Automobile industries across the world in over 18 countries.
Mr. Faisal Siddiqui – Co Founder and Partner
Faisal Siddiqui has an MBA in Aviation Management from Concordia University, Montreal, in 1998. He brings with him over 17 years of aviation business experience.
Faisal Siddiqui takes on responsibility for sales & marketing, commercial performance and financial management at Airside Training Academy LLP.
Besides continuously motivating his team to come up with creative new ideas and technically savvy processes, Faisal Siddiqui is actively involved in diversifying and developing business in order to achieve further growth and success for the organization.
Faisal Siddiqui constantly endeavors to create a work-life balance by aligning priorities and he achieves it with effective communication, delegation and focus.
He is also Director at Zaka Group where he overlooks operations of the group’s network of 25 offices across 15 cities. This helps him build strong ties and gives him an edge to connect efficiently within the aviation industry.
